Privacy Notice

Last updated: June 5, 2026

DocuHelix is a U.S.-based document intelligence platform built by Norrab Ragde Software LLC for compliance-heavy document operations. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to docuhelix.com and any subdomains we operate.

What we collect

When you submit our contact, demo, or beta request form, we collect what you give us — typically your name, work email, organization, role, and details about your inquiry. We don't ask for more than we need.

How we use it

We use the information to respond to your inquiry, evaluate product fit, schedule demos, and follow up on the conversations you start with us. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it to market unrelated products.

How we store it

Submissions are stored on U.S.-based cloud infrastructure and accessed only by DocuHelix employees and contractors who need them to do their work. We use a small number of third-party services to operate the site and respond to inquiries (for example, hosting and email delivery); those providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions until they're no longer needed to respond to or follow up on your inquiry, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have submitted by emailing support@docuhelix.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking cookies. We may use minimal first-party storage required for the site to operate.

Changes

If we make material changes to this notice, we'll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in another way.
